Great sub spot! The staff were very friendly, split a 12" it was delicious! Plenty of space to eat inside but we took our subs down to Sundance square and picnicked instead.

Had the bomb with beef. Great flavor of the broth, mushrooms, peppers and meat. Juicy but just right. The hostess was very helpful with explaining the menu. Definitely will eat here again.
