We admit our workouts got so popular in the 80's that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It's true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards -- and the 80's -- are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We're still evolving and transforming people's bodies and their lives, but in a new way! Our location in Irving has been helping folks dance off excess calories for more than 20 years and is a prime example of what the NEW Jazzercise has to offer.
