One bowl (this ramen), One customer (is made for you) We pay careful attention to the smallest details in order to serve our customers the best ramen possible with the finest ingredients. Each of our broths, chashu meats, and Ajitsuke tamago eggs are lovingly made from scratch using time consuming recipes. Our noodles are imported directly from Sapporo, Japan and are maturated (aged) in traditional Japanese cedar noodle boxes for five to seven days before it is served.
