Who needs a wiring box, and why are they running CAT 5 cables onto the side of the house? We did not pay them to drill through our brick

Wiring to nowhere. Terminated our wires in the attic in Houston where it gets 150+ in the attic. What are we supposed to do with this?

More wiring excellence. No idea what any of this is for. Especially considering how much we paid.
