Been personal training since 2011 but started Hard Life Fit which stands for Hardesty Lifestyle Fitness because growing up I was not healthy making not only poor health decisions but also lifestyle decisions that could have easily destroyed my life. Now being more on track myself with my over all lifestyle I enjoy helping other people find where they struggle the most and get them out of there!

My personal training and coaching services include but are not totally limited to the following Personal training and General population for weight loss, fat loss, strength build, mass build, muscle build Athletic development for strength, agility, endurance, over all skill development for any sport at any level Weekend Warrior for bootcamp style work outs for the non traditional athlete but for the individual who enjoys light, moderate to elite style work outs at highest tempos as possible. All types of training and programs are tailored to the individuals specific needs with thorough interactions between myself and the one I am training I create a plan and we consistently attack it every day to ensure we give ourselves the the best chances possible for success. There are no short cuts, only hard work and having fun along the way!
