Pete and Ian became close friends after overcoming extreme addictions Houston's Project Hope Men's Recovery Center. After relenting control of their lives to God and focusing on rescuing the next man, they helped found Gulf Coast Catering to help support and grow this free recovery program. 100% of the profits from GCC go directly to this cause. With both friends having held almost every position imaginable in a restaurant at one point in their careers, there are very few experiences in the culinary realm that they haven't been blessed to be part of. Pete and Ian have both played key roles in kitchens and restaurants that provide 200 or more meals three times a day to fine dining from NYC and Dallas, Texas. Most importantly, both treat each dish as if they were about to present it to their own family. We look forward to working with you for your next event no matter how small or large.

With one student of culinary arts hailing from New York City and the other a student of hospitality management from north Texas you have two men on your team with a passion to not just cook but to feed the guest wherever they find them.
