Throughout her career, she became an unofficial food consultant, being the go to for questions about ingredients, recipes, food pairing, etc. Through extensive research and her experience with her own children, she has now also become the go to for questions about feeding children. Aimee holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, and associates degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Houston, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
