History
Gordon Bellah, Jr., M.D., F.A.A.P., in a specialist in pediatrics and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Formerly an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Dr. Bellah established a private practice in the Bay Area in 1991. He is a native Texan, born in McKinney. Dr. Bellah received his bachelor of arts degree in chemistry with honors from Texas Tech University in Lubboch, and was awarded a Premedical Honorary Society (AED) Scholarship. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where he was awarded a Chilton Fellowship in Biomedical Research. Dr. Bellah served his internship and residency at Indiana University Hospital and James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. He also served a general pediatric fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.
