Gapital Mortgage has officially been in business since the beginning of 2017. Tacy Nichols and Cody Stevens--a mother, son team--started the company after several years of retail mortgage experience. Tacy has been in the industry since 1991, providing ethical service since day one. Cody joined the industry in 2012. The two joined forces and have not looked back.
