Education and understanding are paramount to our ethic so that you can feel comfortable and confident when you go to the gym on your own in structuring your works and making them effective, efficient, and safe.

Foundation Personalized Fitness specializes in corrective exercise, strength training, mobility, and managing joint and muscle pain. Our approach focuses on the human movement system and how to adopt your natural movement patterns while moving and lifting in order to become stronger and avoid injury, both in the gym setting as well as out in the real world. All training is customized for each individual in order to meet the client where they are currently at with their physical abilities and progress them in a safe, efficient manner.
