Incorporated in 1967, the council operates Palacio del Sol, which is a community that serves senior citizens and is equipped with televisions with cable connections. The Mexican American Unity Council also manages Las Villas de M rida, which is a housing complex that features a swimming pool, fitness center, patios and garages.
