It started pretty simple. I watched my brother smoke a brisket, the work he put into it and I told myself I would definitely smoke the next one.
Specialties
We offer catering from small (10 people) to large (250) crowds. Individual to-go plates are also available. Our menu consists of a variety of Tex and Mex dishes with a mesquite-smoked twist. Our sides are also a combination of both cultures. A little bit of Texas and a little bit of Mexico.
