Ecorate, LLC provides a full range of home energy rating and energy audit services for new and existing homes. We are a participating company with Austin Energy to perform Energy Conservation and Disclosure (ECAD) energy audits before time-of-sale, as well as a registered third party performance testing company for City of Austin energy code compliance. We hold RESNET HERS Rater and BPI Building Analyst Professional certifications. We also hold the Certified Thermographer designation from ITC/FLIR Systems related to thermal imaging using infrared cameras.
