The ranch features a state of the art mare and foal barn where foaling out can be electronically monitored from the staff living quarters inside the building. In the breeding area there is a large modern laboratory and semen shipping center as well as facility for frozen semen storage. The on call veterinarian, Dr Pat Garrett of Southern Equine Associates is only 2 miles from the Ranch. Surrounding the Mare Barn are pipe and rail paddocks some set in shaded Pecan tree groves and surrounded by tranquil creek fed ponds.
