Our format is unique in that we blend our programs to provide a format of 1) Personal Training, 2) Strength Training, 3) Interval / HIIT Training , and 4) Conditioning / Aerobic Recovery. Quite simply, every program currently available has their obvious strengths and inherent weaknesses. Example, Bodybuilding is fantastic for improving body composition and aesthetics, but will decrease a person's conditioning base. We have taken the benefits from the major fitness programs, and blended it into a system that can be adjusted to each client's goals and needs rather than the client having to adjust to 'our' program.
