Established in 1978 Professional Civil Process of Texas, Inc. has served the legal community since 1978. Rick Keeney, its President and Founder, has been dynamically active in the process serving industry for over thirty years. Our Texas operation employs over 150 staff, all of which strive to ensure client satisfaction. PCP currently handles over 100,000 service of process annually. Austin is home to our corporate offices and we have 23 additional offices located throughout the State. Rick Keeney was instrumental in the establishment of two nationally recognized professional process server associations, The National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA). He has also presented testimony before six sessions of the Texas legislature to improve the standards of the process serving industry.
Specialties
Our Dallas County office utilizes local process servers in Dallas and Irving. This is our 2nd largest office and we employ over 60 process servers in the local area. Each process server in Dallas is licensed and sworn in by the Supreme Court of Texas. Professional Civil Process goes one step further by mandating continuing education classes on an annual basis for all of our process servers in Dallas. Currently we have numerous locations throughout the state of Texas making us one of the most established process server agencies in the state. We provide local service to all 254 counties.
