Our purpose is to model and grow a responsible business culture that has a net positive impact on the world through our environmental-focused building (with all GoodWork members' energy being run by 454 solar panels), educational programming & leadership development opportunities. Our physical spaces will always promise healthy environments where you can connect, play, ideate, and work differently based on your task, activity, or goal. We are pursuing LEED Platinum rating for green buildings and WELL Building certification, ensuring that our people have ample daylight, non-toxic furnishings and building materials, access to green space, ergonomic workstations, and excellent indoor air quality. We also offer free in and out parking, free gourmet coffee, Fiber WiFi, healthy snacks and professional headshots.
