Moore MST Magnet School has been operational since 1955 and offers educational opportunities to more than 600 students in grades six through eight. The MST magnet concept is integrated into a curriculum structure that is rich in fine arts, extracurricular activities and other opportunities for the success of middle-level students. Its academic courses, includes various subjects, including mathematics, language arts, computers, American Sign Language, astronomy, science, social studies, reading and fine arts. The school also offers a range of extracurricular activities, including National Junior Honor Society, cheer squad, orchestra, student council, drama, choir, math counts and band. The school provides opportunities to participate in a variety of athletic activities, including volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, weight lifting, and track and field.
