History
Christoni's Cajun Cuisine began in 2012 as Christoni's Catering, a catering company for a class project for Culinary School, South La. Community College, located in Lafayette, La. It later spawned into a Friday Lunch Program servicing up to 35 offices. Later, the Saturday Backyard BBQ Program, with local festivals and events such as the 7-Mile Garage sale in Grand Coteau, La and the Crawfish Festival in Breaux Bridge, La to the Catfish Festival in Washington La. After Culinary School, Chef Tony became more heavily involved in the Restaurant Industry limiting time and resources. After 6 years, Christoni's Catering was reborn as Christoni's Cajun Cuisine offering a full line of Specialty Cajun Handmade Delectables along with other Catering services that were already available.
