History
Our journey for a home started in Chattanooga, Tennessee where we honed our Wings recipe and trained for a larger city with a more developed flavor profile. We then merged the original NYC Chinatown/Koreatown flavor profile with our experiences cooking in the gritty kitchens of New Orleans. Our KBBQ teachings were structured in Seattle, where Teriyaki plates rule the speedy menu streets of gorgeous evergreen Seattle. Houston is a beautiful city to showcase our mix of different flavor profiles for vastly diverse cultures living in unity.
