Rips are supposed to be covered, as I was told when Big Lots sold me the protection plan with my sofa

Sofa is literally splitting at all of the seams even though you can see that there is very little wear to the actual fabric

Very nasty store. I usto love checking out the deals at big lots.. not after I moved here.. this store is probably one of the worse ones I've seen. I don't see how they get away with it from corporate
