Chef William Chu is a third generation chef, he attended culinary school where he was trained with techniques of traditional Chinese cooking. After his training, he travelled all around China and worked in a variety of restaurants where he learned how to cook the unique dishes from different regions of China. Combining traditional and contemporary style, Chef Chu creates the most authentic flavors of Chinese food. Distinguished by his training in tradition Chinese cooking and over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef William Chu brings you fresh and, authentic flavors of Chinese food. Our mission at Bamboo House is to bring you fresh Chinese food with no MSG, less salt, no artificial flavor, no canned foods and no preservatives. Today, William and his team came to Humble, not only to bring you the best of Asian cuisine, but also to present you with the authentic Peking duck.
