I must comment on the maintenance crew here at Craig Ranch. All of the guys, led by Nelson are on the ball. They take care of problems right away and go out of their way to be more than helpful....

Sadly, the complex has accepted section 8 folks. The change in tenants is horrible. I still pay a lot in rent but am surrounded by ghetto trash. It's something they will not mention so renter...

Looks like a really nice community. Buildings look appealing and the front office is nice. The floors in the apartments are so thin though that every noise echos. There is A LOT of police activity...
