History
Casey started his career in the food service industry over 20 years ago. After graduating from the Art Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts, he began his journey up the ranks of the commercial kitchen world, First as a Food & Beverage Director then as an Executive Chef at high end fine dining restaurants eventually, deciding to open his own food truck business. While owning his food trailer, Casey's City Grill, he identified a gap in the market for food truck owners to find reliable builds and maintenance on their mobile units. He began by assisting the other local food truck owners with their vehicles on the side and eventually opened ATX FTB to provide his build, repair and maintenance services.
