Greg Gladden has handled cases in fourteen states, in both federal and in state courts. He has been in private practice since 1978 and is Board Certified in Criminal Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Texas, the United States District Courts of Texas, Tennessee and Arizona, the 5th and 11th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. As a General practitioner and trial lawyer he has successfully tried cases as diverse as personal injury, probate disputes, juvenile court, family court, seizure/forfeiture cases, civil cases, federal and state criminal cases, death penalty writs and trials, both civil and criminal appeals in state and federal court systems, administrative law cases, and immigration trials.
