History
When I became a licensed massage therapist ten years ago, I had already been teaching yoga and dance for any years. I just knew that hands on body work was the next evolution to my tool box. For the last ten years I have been exploring the common thread among movement, meditation and massage. What I continuously find as the common denominator is the mind body connection. So my work has been an exploration of how to support healing and general well being while teaching clients how to integrate mind and body in a way that promotes ease and grace in their everyday lives.
