History
Allison began teaching yoga classes in 2009. Her love for the practice is deep and she leads her students to experience themselves as balanced, strong and peaceful. She saw a need for people to end their pain after her experience avoiding surgery on her hip and began teaching privately so others would have the same opportunity, a chance to get their lives back and continue doing the things they love without medication or surgery.
Specialties
Allison specializes in healing the joints. In 2009 she avoided hip surgery by realigning her hip joints using some unique movements. Since then she has straightened her scoliosis and avoided shoulder surgery. She shares this unique wisdom with her clients and students to optimize their vitality, strength and flexibility to prevent injury. Her extensive yoga training and Daoist training give her the background to bring classical yoga, pranayama and meditation into the picture for a well-rounded approach to whole-body healing.
