The Walnut Kitchen specializes in dry aged beef. All the steak cuts on our menu have been dry aged for 14-21 days, and we have weekend specials that are dry aged even longer. We source our ingredients fresh from local farms.

This is a great restaurant! Food is amazing, their filet is mouthwatering and elk is so tender ! It's farm to table concept and you can taste it , everything tastes very fresh and delicious! 10/10 !
