History
Long before Nashville's dynamic food scene grabbed national headlines, East Nashville put Music City on the culinary map. This historic community across the river from downtown remains home to the city's top chefs and most creative specialty food shops. With that in mind, Walk Eat Nashville launched its first food tour in East Nashville and has since expanded into the Midtown/Vanderbilt area with a second walking food tour. Both tours offer a taste of the people, places and food making Nashville the new culinary capital of the South.
