History

Owner John Trent brought this type of fitness kickboxing to Memphis TN from Atlanta GA in 2008. After deciding to break away from poor business partners he started Urban Fitness Kickboxing. Starting off in a three car garage in 2009 UFK has moved up and into its latest facility where changing areas and showers are available to its members. John owns and operates UFK and is proud to offer Memphis PREMIER Kickboxing studio. Come in today and see how UFK has raised the bar.
