Dark shading and total discoloration - was still damp to the touch

Back side with mold. Also coloring - which they claim came from carpet pad - as you can see no red or yellow in my carpet pad.

Mildew on the back corner - creating strong smell. Where was my carpet left while they were "Cleaning" it???
