Ross Elementary School is a part of Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, which includes more than 70 elementary schools, over 35 middle schools and nearly 15 high schools. Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools also governs several alternative learning centers, special education schools and charter facilities. Founded in 1907, Ross Elementary School serves more than 200 students in pre-kindergarten through grade four. The school employs a counselor, media specialist, technology coordinator and nurse. Additionally, the elementary school employs several cafeteria workers, custodians and teaching assistants. It has a library that provides books, periodicals and general reference materials. Ross Elementary School is located in Nashville, Tenn.
