After becoming disenchanted with the lack luster service and pricing that seems to have become the norm. We started our company with the notion people deserve better. Since then what was to be a retirement job has grown exponentially due to us following some basic rules. 1. Treat people with respect and take time to explain exactly what is being done. 2. Open pricing so clients know what they are paying for. 3. Quality work at affordable prices. 4. Understanding there will occasionally be issues that arise. Always, respond quickly and make sure our client is happy. Following these rules we have built relationships with many or our clients well beyond just being another company to do business with. Reliant services is divided into five divisions with skilled personnel in each. 1. Property Inspections - commercial, residential, maintenance, and environmental. 2. Construction / maintenance - From remodels to repairs of HVAC, electric, plumbing, roofs, flooring to general home maintenance. 3.
