Dr. Laura Reid Marks, Ph.D., is an accomplished assistant professor of counseling psychology at Florida State University, specializing in the study of minority stressors and their impact on marginalized groups, such as people of color and women. Her research focuses on health disparities, microaggressions, mental health, and the development of culturally tailored interventions. As the director of the G.R.O.W.T.H.
