We formed our home inspection company in 1982. The company was bought by in 2009 by the founder's son who with his son who relocated the company to Chattanooga. We have enjoyed the trust of friends, neighbors and realtors for over 3o years.

Professional Real Estate Inspection Services (PREIS) is a family business locally owned in beautiful Chattanooga, TN. The Herrick Family has been involved in real estate and construction, both residential and commercial, since the 1920's. We began as real estate developers and continued through succeeding generations. We began working in the Home Inspection business in the early 1980's when the industry was in its infancy.
