HistoryFounded in September 2009 by three local Bourbon enthusiasts. In 2012 Whiskey University began teaching formal classes. In 2016 Whiskey University began offering Certificates, Diplomas and Degrees based on the number of courses and tasting each member had taken. Now the staff of over 200 instructors we teach over 100 Tasting Classes about Bourbon and Whiskey.SpecialtiesWhiskey University teaches whiskey and bourbon tasting classes at public venues. We also teach private classes for hire. Our sole mission is to educate the public about the history and virtues of bourbon and various whiskey.
