Established in 1894, Martha O Bryan Center is a Christian family resource center designed to help individuals and families in need. Its core programs focus on empowering individuals living in poverty to gain employment and education. Maintained in Nashville, Tenn., its services are targeted to the nearly 2,000 residents living in the James A. Cayce Homes, one of the city s oldest and largest public housing developments, as well as residents of East Nashville neighborhoods. Martha O'Bryan Center maintains partnerships with Tennessee Department of Human Services Metro Social Services, Dede Wallace Mental Health Center Warner Elementary School, Lockeland Middle School Kirkpatrick Elementary School,Cayce Community Resident Association Alcohol & Drug Council of Middle Tennessee and Neighborhood Resource Center Oasis Center, among others.
