Hickory Grove Church PCA in Mount Juliet, TN is home to The Jack Miller Project, a research initiative dedicated to exploring the life, ministry, and teachings of Dr. Jack Miller. Driven by the belief that the Gospel is the Power of God for Worship, Mission, and Renewal, the project aims to shed light on the influential work of Dr. Miller, who not only authored The Sonship Course but also mentored a generation of leaders during his time as a pastor.
Pastor Mike Graham, a Ph.D. student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, was inspired to embark on this research after discovering that many authors assigned in his doctoral program had been influenced by Dr. Jack Miller. Having personally experienced the impact of The Sonship Course, Mike decided to redirect his doctoral research and focus on writing a biography of Jack Miller. With the support of Dr. Danny Akin, the president of Southeastern, Mike aims to bring greater recognition to the significant contributions made by Jack Miller in the realm of leadership training and spiritual development.
