Opened Nov 2000 in 100 yr old home in downtown area of Dickson. Cheerfully decorated and renovated, the old home features 3 dining rooms w/enclosed front porch. All the elements of fine country cooking with a twist of gourmet. All homemade soups, fresh salads, hand cut sandwiches, hot chicken casserole and a blue plate special each day with meat and home cooked vegetables. We serve fried cornlight bread and glazed sweet rolls with each meal, and don't forget about our Mile High Coconut & Chocolate pies. Also, two daily chef's specials and a special homemade dessert each day. Friday nights feature fine dining with Chef prepared steaks, fresh seafoods, pasta and chicken dishes. A jazz guitarist plays for Fri nigh dinner crowd. All quality, freshly prepared foods with great service in pleasant surroundings which will make you happy to have been a guest at The Front Porch.
