Helen Ross McNabb
The Helen Ross McNabb Center is a regional nonprofit integrated system that provides mental health care services to children, adults and families. It has a team of psychiatrists, master's level clinicians, nurses, and bachelor's level professionals that provides medical services. It offers various adult services that provide outpatient treatment and support services for individuals suffering from severe and persistent mental illnesses, stress-related problems, chemical dependency, and organic brain disorders. It also offers children and youth services that include treatment for childhood problems related to biologically disorders, learning disabilities, substance abuse, and personality factors. The center is accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities for its mental health and other programs. The Helen Ross McNabb Center was established in 1948, and is located in Knoxville, Tenn.
