Compass Intervention Center
Compass Intervention Center is an 88-bed residential treatment center that provides extended care for individuals between 6 and 18 years of age. The center serves individuals suffering from mental, health and substance abuse disorders. It offers a wide range of services, including individual, group and family therapies, psychiatry, nursing and medical services, treatment planning, social skills training, substance abuse counseling and education, recreation therapy and educational programs. The center offers a residential treatment program for males and females between 15 and 18 years, suffering from psychiatric disorders, such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and oppositional defiant disorder. Located in Memphis, Tenn., Compass Intervention Center is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
