Bob Miller has made the Brandon Steakhouse one of Brandon's mot familiar establishments. He began in 1978 when he first bought the steakhouse as a young man with big dreams. He had, and still has, a very strong philosophy of home-style cooking and aged meat cut daily. The beef is aged in our own kitchen, and each steak is custom cut, right down to the chislic. All our burgers are ground right here as well. To continue the home-style feel, each of our salads and soups are prepared fresh daily from our special recipes. These are just a few things that put the steakhouse in a class of its own.
