Be careful. Hotel provided their phone number advising the cost would be $18. When you call their number, they will not assist but instead refer you to their website to reserve transportation....

"Customer Service" was incredibly rude. Not able to answer any questions asked and answered with an "I don't know" and an attitude on top of it. Stay away! There are better options. Thank you Lyft

One nice driver and 2 extraordinarily rude ones. Shuttle pulled out from airport, not full, while passengers still heading for it. Hotel arranged for a morning pick up and shuttle didn't show....
