HistoryJohn and Betty Eggers started Eggers Funeral Home on January 2, 1996 after having years of experience working in the funeral service industry both in North and South Carolina. Our first location was at 2610 Boiling Springs Road. We remained there until our growth allowed us to move into our current facility at 195 Rainbow Lake Road in July of 2000. In 2001, we branched out by opening our facility in Chesnee at 815 South Alabama Avenue, which is the location of our on-site crematory. This facility was recently renovated last July. We have proudly recieved the NFDA's Pursuit of Excellence Award since 2003, and were the first funeral home in Spartanburg to earn this award.SpecialtiesTransformational Experiences for those touched by death.
