Great trail for walking. A couple choices for length of trail. If you bring a dog, make sure it is up to date on flea treatment, my dog hasn't stopped itching since this trail.

City-Hanahan Recreation & Parks Department

Youth sports offered include basketball, co-ed flag football, Dixie league baseball and softball, T-ball, cheer leading, football, soccer, volleyball and wrestling. Registration fees are $30 for Hanahan residents and $50 for non-residents. The city also offers adult sports programs, including softball, volleyball and basketball. Hanahan also has summer programs for students, a very active senior center and regular musical events at the large park. At the Railroad Avenue site, there are seven baseball/softball fields, along with a full size soccer field. The gymnasium nearby has two basketball courts. A large expansion of the park site includes paved walking trails and plans for an amphitheater and additional boat access.
