Tindall Corporation designs and manufactures a variety of precast and prestressed concrete systems for various types of construction projects in the Southern and Mid-Atlantic states. It also produces precast concrete prison cells for facilities throughout the contiguous United States. Tindall s building systems are used in office buildings, high-tech facilities, food processing facilities, industrial facilities, parking decks, prisons and bridges. In 1986, Tindall Concrete Georgia was organized, adding to the company s previously existing location in Spartanburg, S.C. The Georgia operation added two precast prestressed production facilities, purchased from Macon Prestressed Concrete Company, in Jonesboro and Conley, Ga. With a plant in Petersburg, Va., Tindall Concrete Virginia began producing prestressed concrete products in 1988. An additional plant in Biloxi, Miss., gave the company five plant locations covering more than 350,000 square feet. In 1998, the Tindall Corporation was formed to combine the Tindall group of corporations under one name.
