We are a family owned and operated business. We opened in the Summer of 2012 and in our quest to provide Myrtle Beach's best barbeque we hired a general manager who has a passion for cooking and learning everything there is to know about barbeque. As a new business we are always looking for ways to improve our products and introduce new ones.
Specialties
Our focus at Sweet Carolina's is traditional Carolina barbeque and seafood. All of our barbeque is smoked in house using a combination of rubs, glazes and homemade barbeque sauces. We use several types of wood during the cooking process including hickory, pecan and apple. One of our most popular menu items is our combination plate where you can choose between any of our barbeque and seafood selections.
