History
As we both grew up with large families, food was often the focal point of family gatherings. Deb came up in the Midwest, in the Nebraska, South Dakota area. Larry was raised in South Carolina. We both were welcomed in the kitchen at a very young age to see and witness the family meals being made and served. It was always a fun and great time together. Still to this day, this has inspired us to provide great and tasty foods. The kind you get at home. In the winter of 2016 Larry enrolled into Auguste Escoffier, School of Culinary Arts where he successfully completed with honors and received his degree in culinary arts. Putting together with Deb a menu of homemade handed me down recipes along with brined, rubbed and smoked meats that is not found or provided by anyone else. It was coined by Deb, as where
