Established in 1934, Columbia Housing Authority offers subsidized housing services for low income families who are residents of Columbia, Cayce and Richland County in South Carolina. It provides housing to more than 9,000 residents in the Columbia metropolitan area and over 1,700 units of housing for families of low and moderate incomes.
