The sheriff's department Region 4 headquarters is located in the Dutch Fork Law Complex along with the Dutch Fork Magistrate.
Region 4 officers patrol the Broad River Road and St. Andrews areas under the supervision of Cpt. Joe Shampine. Officers also hold community meetings about safety and crime prevention at various apartment complexes and neighborhoods in the area.
